It's a different type of Christmas at The Body Shop this year. It was all kinds of wild!
The Body Shop Drops of Light range has been in stores for a little while now and if any of you guys are still wondering as to how effective this range is, well I have recently tried out the entire range - Pure Clarifying Face Wash, Pure Tranlucency Brightening Lotion, Pure Healthy Brightening Serum and Pure Healthy Purifying Day Cream, and here is what I thought of it.
I needed a new scrub and after looking around I settled for The Body Shop Vitamin C Glow Boosting Mirodermabasion. I'm not one for a super gentle sort of scrub where you can hardly feel anything happening while it's on your face, so I had a feeling I was going to get on really well with this one after trying out the texture when I was at The Body Shop KLCC. I have been using the Vitamin C Glow Boosting Mirodermabasion since early September and I love it.
Hari Raya is next week and if you are looking for gifts or hampers all you have to do is check out The Body Shop. They have an amazing choice with seriously pretty packaging. Heck you might just decide to treat yourself to something nice.
The Body Shop sure knows how to kick start Summer! With a new special edition body care range, a new fragrance range and the first ever sun block, they thought of it all. So I was at the newly opened The Body Shop KLCC yesterday to check out all these new Summer releases, ok so I already tried them out last week but it was like a small session thing yesterday, and I was excited, impressed and felt like going on a Caribbean holiday right after.

I have not seen so much pink roses and everything pink at a product launch in a while. The setup for the launch of The Body Shop new British Rose range was exactly that. If you guys haven't heard or seen the latest range from The Body Shop yet, I suggest you get yourselves to the nearest store as soon as possible because their new British Rose is bloomin' fabulous! It's meant to give you petal-soft skin with an instant glow. There may not be an obvious dazzle but it does make the skin look all healthy.
I'm not going to lie, I was a tad apprehensive about the whole oil based products on my face. I have had unpleasant experiences in the past but I decided to give this a go mainly because it is not mineral oils. The Body Shop Oils of Life range was introduced a few months back and it's a range that draws you to it when you are browsing in store just by looking all kinds of fancy. I mean, just look at the Intensely Revitalising Facial Oil bottle. Feel like touching it don't you? Ok, before this sounds more weird than it already does, here's a bit of background.
Christmas has officially landed at The Body Shop! Don't tell me you guys haven't been waiting for it, because I definitely have. The limited edition Christmas gift sets have been in stores in Friday, so if you guys haven't seen it I have loads of photos from the press launch earlier. It went on despite the haze and it was for a good cause. The Body Shop Malaysia took to their bicycles for a ride about town on Saturday 21st September in conjunction with International Day of Peace, to well, cycle for Peace.
The Body Shop teamed up with Uber about two weekends ago to give their fans an awesome spa-on-the-go experience in conjunction with their latest launch, Spa Of The World range. I wish all my uber ride would include luxurious pamper products and a masseuse. The arm and neck massage was just what I needed on my birthday weekend. I'm still celebrating that birthday by the way with some of the new spa products from The Body Shop. September hasn't ended yet!
Probably the coolest description of a skincare product ever. For dull, tired and grumpy skin. With a description like that, it's hard not to be curious. The Body Shop Vitamin C Glow Boosting Moisturiser is the latest edition to the Vitamin C range and is meant to reveal natural, healthy-looking glow. It is infused with Amazonian camu camu berries, which contain up to 60 times the vitamin C concentration of an orange. It also contains organic aloe vera to hydrate the skin.

Picking up from where I left off with The Body Shop Moisture White™ Shiso Eye Serum, I have been trying out the recently introduced The Body Shop Moisture White Shiso Overnight Triple Booster Serum and I'm going to start it off with this - 'Results So Fast It's Scary'. It was an early celebration of International Day of Peace with The Body Shop yesterday. The United Nations declared International Day of Peace on 21st September and is dedicated to strengthening the ideals of peace, both within and among all nations and peoples. The theme this year is Right of People to Peace.
