Talk about a star-studded event!! Apart from the beautiful bride-to-be Xandria Ooi who MC-ed the event, glowing mom-to-be Amber Chia (a returning judge), Owen Yap, Nazril Idrus and Awal Ashari made up the panel of celebrity judges. Nora Danish Sa Sa' Colors and Fragrance Fair’s 2010 ambassador and Farhana of Akademi Fantasia fame were also present.

It kicked off with a welcome speech by Ms Corina Loi Sa Sa's Senior Vice President and Country Head for Malaysia. Then the sassy Nora Danish shared her experience as this year's campaign ambassador. When asked what her tip on wearing fragrance is, she answered "Spray it all over yourself!" Depending on the intensity of the fragrance of course. Wouldn't want to overdo it and start smelling like you spent a week in a perfumery. ;p

The judges will have a difficult task choosing the winner coz the fragrances are individually gorgeous. They have to choose based on the fragrance top, middle & base notes and taking into account creativity, popularity and the impression and appeal of the fragrance to users.

Apart from the panel of judges who will be doing the "sniff test", you can decided on your favourites too. All you have to do is cast your votes at any Sa Sa outlets nationwide or through the campaign microsite from now til 3/10/2010. The most higly voted frangrance on the microsite will receive the fifth award category, which is the Online People's Choice Award.

Sa Sa gave me the Rock Babe look that I've always wanted but could never do!! I could have gotten away with anything with that look.. lol!

In conjuction with Sa Sa Colors & Fragrance Fair & Awards 2010, they have chosen 3 types of perfumes that represents 3 different characteristics. 3 models have been chosen to represent each perfume with 3 different kinds of makeup featuring Sa Sa's latest Gemstone Collection from Cyber Colors. I was chosen to represent the Rock look! I was phreaking excited when I found out.

I was in the expert hands of Sa Sa's makeup guru Jil Yong and beauty consultant Rane.

Step 1: My face was prepped with Cyber Color's New Smoothing Hydro-Base-Botanical. My skin felt moisturised, it makes for a great base before applying foundation.

Step 2: Then the New SPF20 PA++ Aqua-Base Pudding Foundation in Natural Tan was applied to my face by dapping it on with a brush then blending it with a sponge. It is an ultra creamy foundation formulated with valuable Gemstone Powders. It made my skin look radiant yet hydrated with a satin finish. The coverage was quite good that most of my blemish scars kinda disappeared! Not only am I liking this pudding, it also sounds yummy! :P

Step 3: And for the stubborn bits that were still visible, Cyber Colors Perfect Touch Stick Concealer in Beige sorted it out.

Step 4: To set the Pudding Foundation, Rane lightly applied Sheer Loose Powder in Beige with a brush. I have combination skin so this step is really important.

Now comes the exciting part, the eyes! *grins*

Step 5: Jil used Saphire from Cyber Colors Jewel Amour. The eyeshadow is really pigmented, just look at my eyes. Amazing!

Step 6: To line my eyes, Cyber Colors Glitter Style Liner in Silver was the perfect choice. I probably woudn't use this everyday but it's soo Rock Babe!

Step 7: For my lips, Jil applied Cyber Colors Diamond Star Lipstick in Noble Pink. Pucker Up baby!

Step 8: And for a pop of color on my cheeks, Cyber Colors Blush Wear in 01.

All that was left to do was style my hair a lil and a mini wardrobe change. Done! *huge smiles*
