Passport to Pretty with Clinique
Passport to Pretty is a compilation of looks inspired by different corners of the world using Clinique's top-sellers to achieve it. And you thought you'd have to fly off to a foreign country to experience the looks. With this you can feel, look and strutt around like you just got off the plane from New York, Paris or Tokyo!
You can actually get the looks in the Pink Passport book.. Just thought i'd post it here with a compilation of pics of the products to make it easier for you guys.. :)
New York - Its all in the eyes!
1) The Smokey Eye - Use Colour Surge Eye Shadow Quad in Choco Latte. Rim eyes with Brown Sugar Cream Shaper For Eyes, remember to smudge for that smokey effect. Dress up lashes with Lash Power Volumizing Mascara in Black Onyx.
2) Softly sculpted cheeks - Just a touch of colour with Fresh Bloom Allover Colour in Plum Poppy over the apples.
3) Subtle lips - Balance with nude lips. Line & fill in lips with Quickliner For Lips in Lip Blush and top with Colour Surge Buttershine Lipstick in Cinnamon Stick.
Paris - Sexy & hot!
1) Defined eyes - Sweep Colour Surge Eye Shadow Stay Matte in Buttermilk from lashline to brow. Highlight brow bone with Colour Surge Eye Shadow Duo in Buttered Bronze. Use Quickliner For Eyes in Really Black to draw fine line along upper lashline, gently winging up the line at outer corners. Lash Power Curling Mascara in Black Onyx gives lashes a dramatic boost.
2) Softly flushed cheeks - Sweep Blushing Blush in Berry Delight on the apples for a rosy glow.
3) Classic red lips - Line and fill in lips with Quickliner For Lips in Tawny Tulip. Gilde on Long Last Lipstick in Party Red for colour and shine that lasts all day/all night.
Tokyo - Think Kawaii & all that's pretty!
1) Shimmering eyes - Fingertip-blend Quick Eyes Cream Shadow in Starlit Pink all over lids, lashline to brow. Layer with light shade of Sugarplum Colour Surge Eye Shadow Duo. Use deep shade to add depth to the upper and lower lashlines with Cream Shaper For Eyes in Chocolate Lustre, Lashes get lush with multiple coats of Lash Power Mascara in Black Onyx.
2) Rosy lips - Line and fill in lips with Quickliner For Lips in Rose Tawny. Top with Long Last Lipstick in All Heart.
3) Understated Cheeks - For a natural hint of colour brush in Blushing Blush in Carefree Coral over apples of cheeks, blending up along cheekbones.
I don't think the colours used for the looks here are a strict must follow. Experiment! Go Wild!
