I'm really terrible at regular facial visits. I usually go when I feel like it. Most of the time I tend to do stuff at home which is not enough. AsterSpring is one of the facial salons that I opt for when I'm in a facial mood as it's always a pleasant experience and my complexion looks fab after any treatment.

On New Year's Eve I tried out their latest treament called O2 Acu Energizing Therapy. It also include AsterSpring's latest Signature Touch massage technique performed before the treatment. I'm not which one I was looking forward to more, the massage or the treatment. The Signature Touch was launched late last year. At the launch the massage was accompanied by a choreographed dance routine, though I doubt that there was going to be any dancing going on during the session. Read more here.

complexion looking rather dull before the treatment

I have never seen or heard of a dancing facial/massage until recently. Dancing facial/massage? Seriously? I was so amused when I witnessed what must be a the first ever dancing facial/massage around. However it's not one of those things you can see while getting a facial, I mean you can't possibly turn and look. I suppose the only way is to get it recorded. Then again, do the therapist really do 'The Dance'? *wonders*

Well AsterSpring recently launched this exciting new Signature Touch 'pre-step' to a facial or a treatment. Despite being newly introduced it has already managed to get fans among local celebs namley Jojo Struys, Atilia Haron, Mayjune Tan and Thanuja Ananthan.  They all agreed that a relaxing facial or treatment is essential to unwind and rejuvenate the skin and body especially when leading hectic lifestyles.

My experience with Dermalogica products is limited to going for facials at AsterSpring. My skin feels great after every session *smiles*. Introducing Dermalogica's skincare "Heroes". Five of its star products have been tagged as "Heroes" for its global initiative that extends microloans to 25,000 women around the world.

Dermalogica initiated a prgramme called fite which stands for "Financial Independence Through Entrepreneurship". It aims to economically empower entrepreneurial women in the developing world through provision of access to small loans to help them start or grow a business. This is in line with the brand's belief and business model and is now extending this concept beyond the industry, helping women around the world.

The five fite  "heroes" were selected as they are Dermalogica's international best-sellers and are recognised for their efficacy and suitability for various skin conditions. They can also be used together in a regime to achieve better skin health. The five are from the Gray Line product range that represents about 50% of sales in Malaysia.

Jill Stuart Fruit Lip Balm in Orange Tint
L'Occitane Lip & Cheek Stain in "Blush Like a Peony"

I'm not sure if she planned this but it just so happened that both of us are still on Raya break today and decided to re-energise ourselves at Aster Spring KLCC with their ORP Energy Therapy aka "The Chamber".

While having a club sandwich and spaghetti bolognese and scheming over future happenings, at San Francisco Coffee out came a Burt's Bees signature brown bag.

Hmmmm.. Wonder what's in here..

Miu : "Since your birthday is tomorrow I thought I might as well give you your present today" (not her exact words.. lol!).
Fatin : "Yaayyy!!" (my exact reaction.. :p). Maybe something from Burt's Bees? But I was misled..

Instead of opening to see what was in the bag I started a guessing game. Trust me do these things. My first guess: Lip Balm, since I lurv lip balms to the extent of ridiculousness *I can never have enough! ;)*. I was right! Next.. what brand??

Mui's 1st Clue: It's not sold in Malaysia and pretty packaging. Not until she said "Bling Bling" did I shrieked "JILL STUART!!!"

Miu's 2nd Clue: You went into the shop and liked something from there.. My finger pointed directly to the shop on my left, "L'OCCITANE!!!" She bought it some time in June!!

Excuse the over acting.. lol!

L'Occitane

Omg!!!! I Super Lurv my presents!!! Thanx loads Miu!!!
*Huge Ginormous Hugzzz*
After that I continued lunch with a silly smile on my face.. lol!
