Dim Sum Master Chef Chong and his culinary team have specially created more than 60 variety of Dim Sum for your weekend indulgence.

Their exclusive selections consists of both traditional Hong Kong Dim Sum, Tai Zi Heen's signature Dim Sum and the popular Dim Sum Odyssey - the exciting fusion varieties.

The All You Can Eat Dim Sum menu includes a wide selection of Steamed, Pan-Fried, Deep-Fried, Baked, Rice Rolls, Congee, Rice, Noodles, Vegetables and Desserts dishes.

I had a chance to try out the ten new additions to the already extensive dim sum menu. I have my favourites but they were generally yummy. If my taste buds are right they were also low in salt content yet still had good flavour.

I also tried the Hong Kong roasted duck which was tender with this lovely crispy skin, water cress soup, Yang Zhou fried rice and my all time fave from Tai Zi Heen, mango pudding for dessert. *yummss*

All You Can Eat Dim Sum is available on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holiday from 11.30am to 2.30pm, and is priced at RM65.00++ per person.
