Bonjour Morgan de Toi, Celio, Thierry Mugler Paris!
Back in Paris again except this time no hot chocs *sigh*. Okay I'm not really in Paris but sure wish I were. It was the official launch of three established names in French fashion, Morgan de Toi, Celio and Theirry Mugler in Pavilion. It was a week long of fashion shows for Spring/Summer 2011 collection and I attended the one with a 4D style which is somewhat the rage in Europe and US.
With a dress code of "Seductively Red" I went in a short empire waistline dress, leggings and my black strappy dancer heels. It looked a lot like a character that jumped out of Sucker Punch going for a party.
Morgan de Toi
The Spring/Summer 2011 collection had the themes Dolce Vita and Santa Fe. Dolce Vita takes its inspiration from the sixties with gingham prints and stripes. Prints and accessories complete the retro look. Santa Fe is very laid back Pocahontas style. The Liberty prints, fringes and scales adds to the feminine air.
Celio
Targeted for the guy that love to experiment inspired from the free campus feel. It includes bright coloured tshirts for hot summer days. Vintage takes on a relaxed feel with washed knits and worn cotton canvas. Checked shirts are preferred blues. Suits are dark with contrasting bold coloured shirts.
Thierry Mugler
This 'Haute Couture' brand combines elegance with simplicity. Loads of glamorous bling!
Bling varied from pendants, rings, watched and bracelets.

Though I thought for this one, perhaps for a more authentic 4D effect it would have been better off as a movie or with suitable lighting. But it was still fun to watch, I have to say that it saved loads of time for hair and make-up.
There were also prizes for Best Dressed male and female, although on the invite it was promised for 10, only 4 were given out - 2 girls & 2 guys. Funny thing was one of the girls who won best dressed wasn't even dressed in red, she was in BLUE! Now.. what happened there? *wonderss*
