New Bobbi Brown Blushes For Fall 2014 - Review & Swatches
I was so excited when I got a sneak preview of the new blushes during Kuala Lumpur Fashion Week 2014 in June. Unfortunately I couldn't swatch it back then but the new shades for Bobbi Brown Fall 2014 are out at the counters now.
There are suppose to be eight new shades but I only spotted six - Flame, Rose, Poppy, Clementine, Coral Sugar and Pastel Peach. Pretty Coral and Pastel may have been in use when I was having a look at the blushes but I will update the swatches when I get to see them.
Flame - bright red orange, Poppy - mid-tone berry, Rose - rosy red, Clementine - mid-tone pink, Coral Sugar - soft pale pink nectar, Pastel Peach - soft pale peach
The colours are well pigmented, swatching them was a breeze especially Flame, Rose, Poppy and Clementine. Coral Sugar and Pastel Peach showed very lightly on me, perhaps due to my skin tone. These shades compliments all skin tones. I was dying to try Flame but even with a light hand it looked too bright on me but would great on a darker skin tones. I found that Rose and Clementine suited me best.
Suggested shades:
Light skin tone - Coral Sugar, Pastel Peach
Medium skin tone - Clementine, Rose
Dark skin tone - Flame, Poppy
These new Bobbi Brown Blushes retails at RM90 (3.7g) and are available at all Bobbi Brown stores.
