Pretty sure you've walked into a Body Shop store since they went all Christmassy some time last month. Screaming spoilt for choice yet? Well you should. Christmas at The Body Shop this year is all about wishes and making them come true with the biggest gift selection ever. More importantly, The Body Shop has teamed up with War Child, so you can send a child to a class with every gift you buy (except custom-made gifts).
War Child is a global charity for children affected by war, to grant children the wish of education. With your help, The Body Shop is aiming to provide more than 6 million lessons in war-torn areas. Last Christmas, we are The Body Shop shoppers helped them fundraise 200,000 towards the building of five new schools with their Community Fair Trade partners around the world. The first school has already opened and another four will open by the end of the year in Nepal, Honduras and Ghana. Over 700 more children will receive the gift of education, all thanks to you.
