Wallis @ Parkson Pavilion
If the name doesn't already sound familiar, it is a UK premium women's clothing brand that opened it's first store at Bangsar Village earlier this year. Wallis is targeted at the stylish women between the sizes of 8 - 20. It has a wide range of office clothes with a great range of going out clothes.
I was invited to the Wallis store launch at Parkson Pavilion recently and even before the fashion show started had already fallen in lurv with a few pieces! A bit about the collection first. :)

Since it's summer, bright, bold and beautiful prints are in! Wallis' Spring Summer '11 has floral prints, an Eastern inspired collection that mixes oranges, reds, purples and blues with Ethnic prints for a glamorous summer feel. For you ladies who love those flowing tops and dresses, kaftans, maxi dresses and tunics are great for this season. I'm lurving the paisleys and luxe embellishements!! I have a thing for paisleys, just look at the top I was wearing. ;)

Neutrals can never be left out. Get them in nudes, blush pink and soft peachy tones with flowery prints plus a straw hat, perfect for an afternoon out. And yes, colour blocking is made for you to go all out and have fun with mixing and matching bold colours. Try contrasting colours, you'll definitely stand out!

I tried on the few that caught my eye plus a few more that were on the models, sadly they looked nicer on the tall, lanky models. That and they don't carry size 6. But I still managed to get my hands on a super pretty tunic that's great for the ridiculous heat right now.
