Bobbi Brown Rich Chocolate Eye Palette Review & Swatches
Fall is looking like a box a truffle at Bobbi Brown. My kinda fall!! You can never go wrong with a box of truffles and you can absolutely can never go wrong with a chocolate eye palette. Bobbi Brown Rich Chocolate Eye Palette for Fall 2013 is a varied choice of neutrals and chocolates with shimmery, sparkly and matte textures.
This eight shade eye palette comes in a classic black case with an exclusive mirrored compact. It also includes a dual-ended brush for easy application and expert finish. Although I think the expert finish only applies to professionals or those who are really good with eye make up.
Most of the medium to darker shades turn out really well on my medium skin tone. Frappe and Champagne Truffle however requires a bit more layering as it was too close to my skin tone. My go to shades in this palette has to be Stone and that so delicious Rich Chocolate which can double as a liner if you don't want to stray from the chocolate theme and keep it slightly less bold. Caramel really intrigued me from the get go though. Chocolate or brown shades are usually paired with gold shimmer as it naturally compliments each other but Caramel's medium brown shade with silver shimmer is a stand out. It's a different pairing that works.
I think this Rich Chocolate Eye Palette is completely wearable if you're looking for or don't already have or just love a classic chocolate palette. It's a Limited Edition palette and is now available at all Bobbi Brown outlets.
