Yes it's named after the drink and it looks glamorous! Bobbi Brown Scotch on the Rocks Collection features a warm, glowing skin with rich sultry eyes and statement lips. The collection is inspired by the late Lauren Bacall who was known for her sultry looks and distinctive voice but also for being a great actress with a career spanning from the 40’s through to the 90’s. Scotch On The Rocks Collection is fronted by Kate Upton.

The star of this collection has to be the two highlighting powder in Bronze Glow and Pink Glow. These ones come in a classy vintage style compact in a mosaic style. They are just beautiful, although my pink would be the Bronze Glow as it be perfect for warmer undertones. Sweep with a light hand as it gets intense pretty easily. Retails at RM170.

The Warm Glow Eye Palette is a combination of rich, bronzy metallics, rose golds and deep browns, in a mix of shimmer and matte finishes which is housed in a gorgeous faux- croc case. Bobbi picked the colours to flatter a wide range of skin tones. The colours are generally pretty soft, but is buildable, save for the dark chocolate bronze and black. There is however loads of shimmer action going in this palette, definitely for the party season. No brushes for this eye palette though. Retails at RM290.

There are four lip colours for this collection, but I only spotted three when I was at the store. Beige Gold Shimmer and Malt Shimmer are part of the existing shimmer lip colour range while Sultry Red and Bordeaux (the one that wasn’t in store) are new. Beige Gold and Malt are very nude shimmer shades which you can use for layering or worn alone if you are looking for nude lips. The Sultry Red though is a beautiful rich pink-red shade. Retails at RM88 each.

The Long Wear Gel Eye Liner in Black Scotch is a another firm favourite of mine. It’s a gorgeous black-brown shade packed with fine golf shimmer. It just really adds to that glam party look. Wear if on it’s own even, it still looks fab. Retails at RM88.

The glosses comes in threes High Shimmer Lip Gloss in Bellini, Glitter Lip Gloss in Gold and Lip Gloss in Scarlet. No points for guessing which my pick is, Scarlet is just so rich and pretty. Retails at RM165 for a trio.

To complete the look, there are the Shimmer Nail Polish in Scotch, Bordeaux and Cherry Tomato. Scotch is beautiful worn alone, a very festive shade while Bordeaux is the perfect Winter shade. Retails at RM54 each.

There are suppose to be two sets of brushes for Scotch on the Rocks, the Travel Brush Set and Mini Brush Set, both come in the faux-croc clutch style case. The Mini Brush Set has a dark brown wood handle with gold finish which makes it looks really glamorous. The brushes are - face blender, concealer blending, eye shadow and dual-ended eye liner / ultra fine eye liner brushes. The Travel Brush Set will be in stores soon. Mini Brush Set retails at RM280.

And of course you would need a makeup case to put the Scotch on the Rocks collection in. The spacious make up case also has the faux-croc finish with compartments inside. This one is a huge splurge at RM750.
